Liz Vassey's acting career began at just nine years old. Since then, she has performed in more than 50 stage shows and musicals. At the age of sixteen, she made the move towards New York in order to be a part of the crew of All My Children. As a result of her efforts, she was nominated for a Daytime Emmy. Swallow played both the good and bad guys in film and television. She played an officer on Ringer, a detective's wife on Southland and was a bounty-hunter in CBS"The Odds" Pilot The Odds and a bank criminal in Medium. Swallow also played Mermaid in Flight of the Conchords, as well as in the Shana Sosin-directed indie film The Rift.
